Zombies scare the fuck out of me. I love them but they scare me. When my son was born I used to have horrifying nightmares about zombies stealing him from his crib and I couldn’t get to him no matter how hard I tried. This occured on a nightly basis for two years. I still get them but they’re not as common as they used to be. My nightmares tend to get realistic sometimes though, I’d often feel the biting in these dreams, so you can imagine my fear about them. Once woke up screaming and my husband had to calm me down. o.O;;

[[This is exactly me.  I am absolutely terrified of zombies to the core.  The zombie apocalypse, as silly as it sounds now that I’m writing it down, is one of my biggest fears next to going blind, deaf, not being able to write/draw, etc.  I have to lock my doors, all three of them leading into my room plus one window, every night before I go to sleep for the sole reason that I’m scared of zombies.  I have a full blown plan in case of zombies, and though it sounds a bit crazy, but it’s really something that I take to heart.  I’ve had nightmares of my boyfriend being killed by zombies, my brother and sister, even my guinea pigs, and I’ve woken up screaming and crying more than once.  Now don’t get me wrong, I love zombies, but they terrify me.  If that makes any sense.  I think being able to sit down and draw zombies as cute little ponies actually helps me a lot, because I see them as not big, terrifying threats, but as my cute, twisted creations when I draw them like that.  td;lr, zombies are scary as all hell.]]

I run into this same issue with my zombie blog(askzombieapocalypsepony). The main thing I get are cure asks. While it’s a nice gesture that would completely end the story! I also get the random survivor asks. I held a contest recently to allow some guest survivors, but I don’t think I can include every single person that sends an ask like that. It wouldn’t make sense for so many ponies to be alive in a zombie apocalypse. Which brings me to another issue. I’ve actually had one or two angry people contact me after I killed off Applejack and zombified Soarin’. Some unfollowed. Not many, but still. Realistically not all of the canon characters are going to survive. Especially with how I’ve explained the zombie virus in my pony universe. While I love inserting humor where I can, you have to remember that my blog is a zombie blog and there is going to be blood, guts, and gore and like in ANY zombie movie, game, or book you might have a favorite character get killed off.

[[I know I haven’t been posting lately, but I’ve been busy with life things and my other ask blog.  I’m planning to get back on my feet and updating at least twice a week within a few days, though!  Now, the reason for this note.  In my ask blog absence, I’ve gotten a ton of messages, (thanks, guys! <3) but I’ve decided to leave the ask box open.  Why?  Because I have no way to reply to half of the messages.
Right now I’m trying to set up a general plot, and I’m trying to get canon characters together.  I get amazing questions every few days, and I always love them, it’s just, some are hard to answer.  Guys, I can’t answer roleplay format questions.  I really have no idea what to do when an OC comes up to me and asks me to join them, or to help zombie hunting, or says they have a base we can visit, etc.  All of your responses are lovely, they really truely are, but I have, again, no way to answer them.
Why can’t I answer them?  One.  How would Twilight know these characters?  In a zombie apocalypse, would you take the help of a complete stranger who came up absolutely fine and dandy?  I know some of you are like, “Yeah, why not?”  But really think about that.  Two.  How would Twilight and company even get to this pony, let alone where they are?  Last time we saw our friends, Fluttershy, Twilight and Applebloom were in the garden by Celestia’s castle, which is in Canterlot, where the gates are closed, probably protected by something powerful.  Not only that, but we haven’t even seen Big Mac or Lotus for a few posts.  And finally, three.  Some messages just plain poke holes in the plot.  I’m sorry, but I already have something story-boarded and the messages really don’t work.  If you’re going to send something like that, think, “What do I know about this character canonly? What has been said about them on the blog?  Is there anything leaning towards their appearance?”

[[I’ve gotten a lot of requests, and everything that’s in my ask box right now is going to be done by Monday!  Anything asked for after this will be considered a commission, and will cost between $3-$5, depending on the complexity of your request.  Keeping this in mind, these prices go to individual ponies.  For example, say you ask for two ponies, each of them being $3.  The order would be $6.  If you want a group picture, though, I will take a dollar off for every three ponies you have in the picture.  Does that make any sense to everypony?
I also do regular, non-zombie ponies, too!  These ponies are still $3-$5 dollars with everything else applying, and are usually cheaper than their zombie counterparts.
Now with that out of the way, I can turn your drawing into a sticker for an extra $2!  You can either have traditionally drawn a digitally coloured, which is usually more expensive, or completely digitally drawn.  If you want it drawn as a sticker, though, you have to be comfortable with giving me you address and name, and all of that kind of information!  Look for examples of these kinds of stickers and things on asktwinkledrop, my mod blog.
I only accept USD, but I will ship the stickers to anywhere.
